Coaching for men working on the things that are hard to do alone: dating, fitness, and the rest of life.
You pick the goals. I turn them into a plan of small weekly actions and rewrite it every week based on what you actually did. Twice a week we get on a live call as a group, and every day you check in through the app, where I read and reply.

Most people know roughly what they should be doing. The gap is doing it consistently once the first burst of motivation wears off, usually around week three.
My approach is simple. We define what you want, break it into small actions you can do this week, and track whether you did them. Every week I look at what happened and adjust the plan. The group calls and daily check-ins keep you doing it when you would otherwise drift.
What you get
Every week in the group
01
A plan written for you
Your goals broken into specific weekly actions and habits. I rewrite it every week based on what you logged, what worked, and what didn't.
02
Two live group calls a week
Live video calls with me and the rest of the group. Bring what you are working on and where you are stuck. Make at least one a week.
03
Daily check-ins in the app
Your plan, habits, workouts, and sleep all live in the app. You log each day, I read it, and I reply with feedback. You can message me there any time.
04
The other guys
Men working on the same kinds of goals. You see what they are doing each week, and they see what you are doing.
What people work on
01
Dating
Meeting women in person, asking them out, and going on more dates. Getting comfortable through practice every week.
02
Fitness
A gym routine you keep, eating that supports it, and tracking the numbers so you can see the change.
03
Everything else
Sleep, work, money, moving, habits. Anything that is hard to do consistently on your own.

Your plan starts the following Monday. I reach out by email or text to kick things off, and you join the next group call.
Is this for you
This is for you if
You have a goal you keep starting and then dropping
You want someone checking your work every week, not just advice
You are willing to log what you do every day
You would rather improve alongside other men than by yourself
This is not for you if
You want a quick fix or a script
You are not willing to show up to at least one call a week
You want private 1-on-1 calls (ask me about 1-on-1 coaching instead)
Who runs it
William Mulvaney
I coach men on dating, fitness, and the other things in life we consider hard. I host The Willpower Podcast and wrote 12 Weeks to Confident Approaching and 30 Days to a Gym Routine That Sticks.
I run every call and write every plan myself. Everything I ask you to do is something I practice too.
Two live video calls a week, currently Sunday and Wednesday, Central time. If you can't make one, make the other. I send the schedule in your welcome email.
Do I need to be in Austin?
No. The calls and the app are all online, so you can join from anywhere.
How much time does it take?
One or two hour-long calls a week, plus a few minutes a day to check in. The rest of the time goes into the actual work on your plan.
How is this different from 1-on-1 coaching?
1-on-1 adds private calls with me, daily check-ins by voice or video, and in-person sessions if you are in Austin. The group gets the same weekly plan and feedback, with the calls shared.
